Licensed Nurse (RN or LPN) in good standing
Previous long-term care experience preferred
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
Ability to foster positive relationships with staff, residents, and families

Unit Manager Primary Responsibilities
The Unit Manager is responsible for providing for the daily care, health needs, safety and comfort of the resident. This includes providing professional assessments and documentation of the resident’s heath and assisting with management of the assigned unit, charge nurse and other nursing staff.
